Refund Policy

At Dexcy Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we want you to be satisfied with your subscription to Dexcy SaaS. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we aim to make the refund process as clear and straightforward as possible.
This Refund Policy describes when refunds are issued and the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund or credit. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
2. Free Plan
Our Free plan requires no payment. Therefore, there are no refunds associated with the Free plan. You may cancel your Free plan account at any time without any financial consequences.
3. Paid Plans
Dexcy SaaS offers both monthly and annual subscription plans. Our refund eligibility differs based on your subscription type:
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your monthly subscription, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next month.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not exceeded 1,000 page views on your account. After 14 days or if you have exceeded the usage threshold, annual plans are non-refundable.
4. Eligible Refund Cases
We issue refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Service Downtime: Extended service downtime (more than 24 hours in a single month) caused by our infrastructure failures
- Duplicate Charges: Erroneous duplicate charges on your payment method
- Billing Errors: Incorrect billing amounts or unauthorized charges
In these cases, we will issue credits or refunds at our discretion, typically as account credits before processing actual refunds.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
The following situations do not qualify for refunds:
- Change of Mind: You decide you no longer want to use the Service after the initial 14-day window
- Renewal Charges: Failure to cancel before your subscription renewal date
- Terms Violation: Your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Mid-Cycle Upgrades: Upgrades to higher tiers during a billing cycle (these are charged pro-rated, not refunded)
- Feature Discontinuation: Removal or modification of Service features that were previously available
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to hello@dexcy.in
- Include the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Account Email]"
- Provide your account email address and details of your request
- Explain the reason for your refund request and any supporting details
We will review your request and respond with a decision within 3 business days.
7. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you do not see the refund within 15 days of approval, please contact your bank or payment provider.
8. Cancellations
You can cancel your Dexcy SaaS subscription at any time without penalty. To cancel:
- Log in to your Dexcy SaaS account
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation request
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

9. Account Suspension or Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, fraud, or illegal activity, no refund will be issued. The Terms of Service outlines unacceptable use and the consequences of violations.
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your credit card company or payment provider, or file a chargeback, we will respond to the dispute investigation. Frivolous disputes may result in permanent account termination.
